My husband is the most amazing friend I'll ever have.

Great day to work in the yard today. Worked on a flower bed and
actually put an old bed I found a a junk store in it to plant
some wild flowers. I got a little ducling family and an owl at a garage sale for a coulple bucks. They are so cute.

Happy birthday to me!!!!!

I have been wanting a trellis between my patio and garden for sometime now and
Jack is so busy he can never find the time. My nephew Daniel is staying with us and working with Jack at the rope factory. He is very talented and full of energy so I
asked him if he might like to make me one. So the boys went out saturday and bought the re-bar and magically I have my birthday trellis! I love it. Thanks so much guys. Very sweet of you.

Lucy and I went on a very wet walk today but it was still beautiful.
We ran into a mother duck who flew out her nest full of eggs. We found
a bunch of baby toads and we got sopping wet!

The tulips are finally in bloom but worth the wait! Amazing color
and stamina this year! Enjoy.

Nature at it's best

I wanted to share a picture that my friend Anndi took. It is something you don't get to see everyday, in fact I've never seen and I think it is one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. How could you not believe in GOD.

SPRING HAS SPRUNG

Spring has sprung, (kind of).It has been a long wet winter and I'm really certain that we are going to skip spring and go right into summer (at least I hope so) cause
it's not looking good.

Anyway we've been busy rain or shine sprucing up the yard in case summer does actually come.
I spent a few weeks visiting the kids in Montana. It was good to see them. I picked up a really bad cold from fin and ended up 4 days in the hospital with pneumonia.

I was home acouple weeks and Jenn missed me so much she came here for 2 weeks!!!!
So that was wonderful.

Then my nephew Dan came up to work with Jack out at the plant so we now have a son.
He has been a sweetheart. We really enjoy having him here.

Looking forward to a nice warm summer.
