Nasty Day!

I am sure that Spring and Winter switched places! I walked all winter and had warm days on the river and I haven't walked since. The river is really high and that beach is covered in water. What in the heck happened? I feel like it should be summer
by now. Anyway is is a typical windy, wet Spring day.

Beautiful Spring Iris

Spring is amazing around here! Everything is so green and fresh. The raspberries are budding out and the bee's are very busy! But the Iris's are on show! Enjoy!

Bye Bye Birdies

The baby robins flew the coop today! I couldn't believe how big they got
in 14 days. Totally amazing how they flew out one by one with their mother
and father telling them exactly what to do and what to be aware of. Tobey was out
there with me and they were chattering away to protect and warn them of
any danger and other Robin's were helping. It's amazing at what you see when you are actually paying attention to your immediate surroundings. And that it is all natural
to them. God is good.

Crazy Good Picture Day!!!!!!!

Today

Today beats all days so far this year! It was one of those days where you get your blanket, pillow and book, so outside water and then lay back and enjoy creation.
Slight wind, not hot, not cold, but absolutely perfect! Everything about it. What
a gift. God is good.

Spring has sprung!!!! It is beautiful out! The baby Robins are 9 days old and are completely feathered. They are so cute when mama comes to feed them, all bopping their little heads up and down like they are starving. I can't beleive the change
in them. They will leave the nest in about 6 days! Amazing!

Ok, Robin has layed her eggs and they were born 14 days later as predicted.
There mother is so good to them. I watch her fly out and come back with worms and stand there feed them. She she patiently sits on the nest for about an hour and the repeats the whole process. They should be leaving the nest in 14 days. I will keep posting the progress. Enjoy!!!!!
